Responsabilidades e atribuições

Executar atividades e processos de manutenção industrial, zelando pelo estado de conservação e funcionamento dos equipamentos, instalações e ativos físicos envolvidos nas atividades produtivas, garantindo a continuidade da produção e a eficiência dos recursos operacionais utilizados. Realizar a infraestrutura para instalações elétricas, conforme procedimentos estabelecidos, visando otimizar o tempo e minimizar custos. Treinar novos colaboradores, com o objetivo de capacitá-los para o exercício da função. Zelar pelo estado de conservação do sistema elétrico e das ferramentas de manutenção sob sua responsabilidade. Solicitar a usinagem de peças diversas, visando atender às demandas dos equipamentos. Realizar o envio de relatórios de apontamento e solicitações de pagamento de serviços terceirizados para as áreas responsáveis. Acompanhar máquinas, equipamentos, painéis e componentes elétricos, garantindo seu estado de conservação, qualidade e funcionamento. Executar a manutenção de equipamentos, painéis e componentes elétricos, conforme as especificações técnicas de cada máquina, assegurando seu pleno funcionamento. Orientar os usuários sobre as condições de funcionamento e operação de equipamentos, painéis, sistemas e componentes elétricos, visando evitar paradas nos processos produtivos. Atender Ordens de Serviço (O.S.), garantindo a execução das demandas de manutenção e o registro adequado das atividades para controle. Realizar a requisição de peças por meio de sistema específico, visando obter os recursos necessários para a execução de manutenções preventivas e corretivas. Acompanhar as atividades de prestadores de serviços terceirizados, assegurando a execução do escopo contratado e o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade. Cumprir e fazer cumprir a legislação vigente, bem como as normas e regulamentos da empresa. Assessorar a gestão em assuntos pertinentes à sua área de atuação. Prestar orientações sobre práticas e rotinas setoriais aos membros da equipe. Buscar e propor melhorias contínuas, atuando com visão crítica sobre os processos, a fim de otimizar a execução das atividades e processos da área. Zelar pelos bens, recursos e patrimônio da empresa. Realizar atividades correlatas, conforme orientação do superior imediato.
