Responsabilidades e atribuições

Orientar a equipe quanto à execução dos processos de separação e carregamento de produtos, visando atender às demandas. Solicitar ordens de carga, delegando atividades à equipe de separação e carregamento e realizando a conferência das cargas. Realizar o preenchimento da planilha de cargas, visando ao controle dos carregamentos. Identificar e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos, modelos de gestão e projetos, visando à solidez da empresa. Promover a disseminação e o registro do conhecimento. Liderar a equipe, promovendo um ambiente seguro e contribuindo para a manutenção do clima organizacional. Contribuir na elaboração do programa de trabalho e do relatório de gestão, conforme as normas estabelecidas. Envolver a equipe nas ações planejadas, agindo de forma proativa para garantir o alcance das metas da área e dos objetivos estratégicos. Identificar os riscos dos processos, sugerindo ações de mitigação. Liderar o fluxo operacional da equipe, identificando eventuais gargalos e adotando as medidas corretivas necessárias, visando ao alcance das metas propostas. Propor planos de desenvolvimento para os colaboradores, visando ao aprimoramento do desempenho nas atividades, com base nos padrões estabelecidos.

Executar as ações para a divulgação e fortalecimento das marcas da empresa. Fomentar o desenvolvimento sustentável e a preservação ambiental zelando pela qualidade de vida dos colaboradores sociedade e meio ambiente. Cumprir e fazer cumprir a legislação vigente normas e regulamentos da empresa. Assessorar a gestão em assuntos pertinentes a sua área de atuação. Prestar orientações sobre as praticas e rotinas setoriais aos membros da equipe. Buscar e propor novas ações atuando sempre com uma visão critica sobre os processos a fim de otimizar a execucao das atividades/processos de sua área.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificações
