Djungelgympa – lekfull gymnastikträning för barn i åldern 1-6 år.

Till vår verksamhet söker vi nu en inspirerande ledare som vill lära ut grunderna i gymnastik. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av att:

  • Arbeta som barngymnastiksledare.
  • Alternativt har du själv sysslat med gymnastik och har ledarerfarenhet från annan barnverksamhet.

Att du har ett brinnande intresse för barnidrott ser vi som en självklarhet.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som ledare för Djungelgympa i Västerås består i huvudsak av att leda gymnastikpassen och på ett pedagogiskt sätt sprida glädje till barnen. Som ledare hos oss arbetar du utifrån vårt färdiga träningsupplägg. Upplägget som är framtaget av Einar Sports idrottspedagoger utgår ifrån gymnastikens grundformer:

  • Hoppa
  • Rulla/Kullerbytta
  • Balansera
  • Klättra

Som ledare har du ansvaret för ett eller flera områden och där du förväntas visa stort engagemang för att skapa rörelseglädje för dem deltagande barnen.

Inför terminen får du gå vår ledarutbildning. Du får även löpande coachning och stöttning från personalen på Einar Sports kontor.

Utöver ovan får du även världens roligaste extrajobb som ger dig erfarenheter och meriter med att jobba med barngrupper.

Anställningsvillkor

  • Timanställning med start vecka 45, 2023
  • Vi erbjuder 4 kurser per år. Under våren är det totalt 14 veckor och på hösten är det ytterligare 14 veckor.
  • Passen är förlagda på vardagar mellan 17-19 eller dagtid på helgerna.

Som huvudledare är du ansvarig för alla dina barngrupper. I det ansvaret ingår förutom att se till att passen håller god kvalité dessutom ansvar för material, nyckel till hallen, närvarolistor och det är även du som sköter den största delen av kontakten med din arbetsledare på huvudkontoret.
