Job Summary

​We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Engineer (Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical) to join our dynamic design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise Formwork and scaffolding drawings and ensuring alignment with structural and engineering standards. This role requires strong proficiency in AutoCAD, clear communication in English, and a sound understanding of drafting and engineering principles.

​Key Responsibilities

​Prepare, modify, and review detailed 2D/3D technical drawings, structural layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD.

​Collaborate with team leader, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into actionable design plans.

​Conduct engineering calculations and structural estimations where applicable to support project delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

​Education & Experience

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

​Experience: 3+ years of relevant working experience in engineering design or drafting is preferred (a strong plus).

​Core Technical Skills

​AutoCAD: Professional/advanced proficiency in 2D drafting (Required).

​Language: Very good command of spoken and written English for technical documentation and team collaboration (Required).

​Preferred / Plus Skills

​BIM Modeling: Knowledge or practical experience with Revit is a distinct advantage.

​Structural Analysis Software: Familiarity or hands-on experience with SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or RSTAB is a strong plus.

​Key Competencies

​Excellent spatial awareness and keen attention to technical detail.

​Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

​Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines within a collaborative team setting.
