Japansk restaurang med fokus på Ramen kombinerat med mindre izakaya rätter

Öppnade 2022 av Jonas Lindgren (tidigare totemo ramen) tillsammans med French Express som ligger bakom bland annat Babette, Cafe Nizza & Schmaltz och har varit en stor succé efter det.

Huvudsakliga Arbetsuppgifter

  • Förberedelse och tillagning av rätter enligt recept och standarder.
  • Arbeta och förädla färska och säsongsbetonade råvaror.
  • Säkerställa att alla rätter presenteras på ett estetiskt tilltalande sätt.
  • Kontrollera och säkerställa kvaliteten på alla ingredienser och färdiga rätter.
  • Upprätthålla en ren och säker arbetsmiljö.
  • Samarbeta med köksmästaren för att utveckla nya rätter och menyer.
  • Delta i inventeringskontroller och säkerställa att köksförrådet är välfyllt och organiserat.
  • Arbeta nära andra kockar och kökspersonal för att säkerställa smidiga köksoperationer.
  • Vara en förebild i köket genom att visa professionalism, kreativitet och en positiv attityd.
  • Sträva efter att överträffa gästernas förväntningar genom att leverera enastående kulinariska upplevelser.

Kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet av minst två år arbete i professionellt kök alt. utbildning inom matlagning/kockprogram
  • God förståelse för livsmedelshygien och säkerhetsstandarder
  • Förmågan att arbeta bra under tryck och som en del av ett team
  • Kreativitet och passion för matlagning
