Was sind Ihre Aufgaben: -----------------------

  • Mithilfe in der fachlichen Führung von ca.16 Mitarbeitenden sowie vier Berufslernenden
  • Sicherstellen und koordinieren eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs, inklusive Hygiene\- und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien sowie das Lebensmittelgesetz gewährleisten
  • Mithilfe in der Angebots\- und üplanung abgestimmt auf die Bedürfnisse unseren Bewohnenden und Kunden für das externe Restaurant
  • Mitverantwortung für die Küche, von der Warenbewirtschaftung über die Produktion bis zum Kunden
  • Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten, wie auch die Organisation und Mithilfe bei Anlässen und Banketten
  • Administrative Arbeiten (Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden, Terminplanung, Bestellwesen, Rechnungskontrolle) und die Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten

Was Sie mitbringen: -------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ
  • 2 \- 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Gesundheitswesen
  • IT\-Affinität und vorzugsweise Erfahrung als BESIBE
  • Eine Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Gewohnt, in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick zu bewahren und das Team zu motivieren
  • Unternehmertum ist für Sie kein Fremdwort
