Per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir an unserem Hauptsitz in Malters/LU eine verantwortungsbewusste, kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit als

GRAFIK DESIGNER:IN MIT FILM\- UND FOTOGRAFIE\-KNOW\-HOW 80\-100%

In dieser kreativen Funktion bist du der Leiterin \& Retail\-Marketing unterstellt und gestaltest den visuellen Auftritt von über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle hinweg aktiv mit.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du gestaltest und produzierst hochwertige Kommunikationsmittel für Print, Digital, Social Media und POS und adaptierst Kampagnen und Markeninhalte für unterschiedliche Kanäle und Formate
  • Du konzipierst und realisierst gemeinsam mit dem Marketingteam kleinere Foto\- und Videoproduktionen und übernimmst Aufnahme, Schnitt und Postproduktion
  • Du kümmerst dich um die professionelle Bildbearbeitung und Retusche sowie die Aufbereitung von Bildmaterial für verschiedene Anwendungen
  • Du entwickelst kreative Gestaltungsideen und setzt diese im Rahmen unserer Markenrichtlinien stilsicher um
  • Du erstellst druckfertige Produktionsdaten und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit externen Produktionspartnern
  • Du pflegst und entwickelst bestehende Gestaltungsvorlagen und visuelle Elemente weiter und sorgst für einen konsistenten Markenauftritt über alle Kommunikationskanäle hinweg

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Grafik Designer oder eine vergleichbare gestalterische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Grafikdesign und in der visuellen Kommunikation, idealerweise im Premium\-Sport\-, Lifestyle\- oder Fashionumfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Design, Typografie, Bildsprache und hochwertige Markeninszenierung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Produktion und Postproduktion von Foto\- und Videocontent
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator und Premiere Pro, sowie Figma
  • Gutes Verständnis für die gestalterischen und technischen Anforderungen von Print, Digital, Social Media und POS
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und einem Auge fürs Detail
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, kreative Ideen umzusetzen
