MARKETING COORDINATOR 80\-100%

Als Marketing Coordinator unterstützt du unser Marketingteam im Tagesgeschäft und bei der Umsetzung verschiedenster Marketingaktivitäten. Du koordinierst laufende Aufgaben, wirkst bei unseren digitalen Kanälen mit und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene kleinere Projekte. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen internen und externen Ansprechpersonen zusammen.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du unterstützt unser Marketingteam bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Du koordinierst Marketingmassnahmen und kleinere Projekte und begleitest deren Umsetzung
  • Du pflegst Inhalte auf unseren digitalen Kanälen wie Website, Social Media und Newsletter
  • Du wirkst bei Kampagnen und Produktlaunches mit
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Events, Fotoshootings und weiteren Marketingaktivitäten, bei Bedarf auch vor Ort
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Präsentationen, Übersichten und weitere Marketingunterlagen
  • Du übernimmst während der ersten rund fünf Monate im Rahmen einer Mutterschaftsvertretung koordinative und administrative Aufgaben in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit und Regulationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Grundausbildung
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Marketing, in der Administration oder Projektkoordination mit
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung mit digitalen Kanälen wie CMS, Social Media oder Newsletter\-Tools und Freude daran, Neues zu lernen
  • Du packst gerne mit an und behältst auch in hektischen Phasen den Überblick
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und selbständig
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpersonen zusammen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen Office\-Anwendungen
