Job Overview

As an Evening Workshop Cleaner, you’ll be part of a team keeping the workshop clean, orderly and ready for use. The role is Monday to Friday for 10 hours a week, with a focus on maintaining clean work areas and shared spaces through consistent cleaning. Candidates will be required to use a scrubber dryer machine as part of their daily routine. No previous experience is required and full training will be provided.

Location

Meridian Business Park (Close to Fosse Park), Braunstone, Leicester, LE19 1UY

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday: 6:00pm to 8:00pm (2 hours a day)

Total Hours per week: 10 hours

Duties

  • Clean workshop floors, surfaces and shared areas, using suitable methods for each space.
  • Empty bins, replenish cleaning supplies where available and leave areas neat and accessible.
  • Follow safe cleaning practices, store equipment appropriately and report maintenance or cleanliness concerns.
  • Your impact: A clean, orderly workshop helps colleagues work comfortably and find shared spaces ready for use.

Requirements

Required: You’ll need care and attention to detail, the ability to follow cleaning routines, and a practical approach to keeping work areas tidy and hygienic. Preferred: Commercial cleaning skills and janitorial experience are advantageous, particularly when maintaining workshop and shared spaces. A dependable approach and the ability to work independently will help you complete tasks consistently and leave areas ready for colleagues.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
