ST Engineering iDirect's Manufacturing Competence Center (MCC) is een fabrikant van elektronica, gespecialiseerd in de assemblage van complexe printplaten en systeemintegratie voor de defensie-, medische en ruimtevaartmarkt.

Als specialist in de assemblage van complexe elektronica voor defensie, medische toepassingen en ruimtevaart, zitten we midden in een ambitieuze transformatie. Onze productiecapaciteit groeit, onze processen worden slimmer en nieuwe producten vinden steeds sneller hun weg naar onze productievloer.

Daarom zoeken we een NPI Engineer

Als NPI Engineer ben jij een centrale schakel binnen het New Product Introduction (NPI)-proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe producten correct worden vertaald van klantendata naar een reproduceerbaar en efficiënt productieproces. Je verwerkt technische documentatie, ontwikkelt werkinstructies, ondersteunt productie tijdens prototypes en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de processen en documentatie.

Je speelt een sleutelrol bij de introductie van nieuwe producten en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken afdelingen beschikken over de juiste informatie, instructies en tools om kwalitatief en efficiënt te produceren. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en gestructureerde aanpak verloopt de overgang van ontwerp naar productie vlekkeloos.

  • Wat je meebrengt Bachelor denkniveau in een technische richting zoals elektronica, elektromechanica of industriële wetenschappen. Ervaring binnen elektronicaproductie, manufacturing engineering, industrialisatie of technische procesondersteuning is een sterke troef. Ervaring met SMT (Surface Mount Technology) is zeker een plus. Inzicht in PCB's, PCBA-productieprocessen en technische documentatie. Ervaring met CAD-data, productie-instructies of technische dossiers. Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden. Vlotte kennis van MS Office; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus. Hoe je werkt Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt kwaliteit altijd voor ogen. Je behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen. Je communiceert vlot met Engineering, Kwaliteit en Productie. Je bent punctueel en hebt oog voor detail en verliest het belang hiervan niet uit het oog. Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren. Je combineert technische diepgang met een praktische aanpak. Wie jij bent Procesbewaker – Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe producten gestructureerd en foutloos geïntroduceerd worden.
