Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit einen erfahrenen und engagierten Elektroingenieur (m/w/d) für die elektrische Architektur und Elektrokonstruktion unserer Robotiksysteme.

In dieser Rolle übernehmst du die Verantwortung für die elektrische Auslegung, Schaltplanerstellung, Schaltschrankintegration sowie die funktionale Sicherheit unserer Hightech-Robotiksysteme. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team für mechatronische Systemintegration und Softwareentwicklung zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass die elektrische Seite unserer Produkte robust, sicher und normgerecht funktioniert.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die elektrische Architektur und das elektrische Systemdesign unserer Robotiksysteme
  • Auslegung und Auswahl elektrischer Komponenten (Motoren, Antriebsregler, Frequenzumrichter, Sicherungen, Schütze, Sensorik-Peripherie)
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Strukturierung von Schaltplänen (EPLAN) sowie technischer Elektrodokumentation
  • Funktionale Sicherheit: Auslegung und Prüfung von Sicherheitsfunktionen sowie – je nach Erfahrung – Programmierung und Weiterentwicklung von Safety-PLCs (idealerweise SICK Flexi Soft)
  • Integration von Feldbussen (EtherCAT, CAN/CANopen) und Kommunikationsschnittstellen zwischen elektrischen Komponenten
  • Unterstützung von CE- und Maschinenrichtlinienprozessen aus elektrotechnischer Sicht: Risikobeurteilungen, technische Unterlagen, Konformitätsbewertungen
  • Inbetriebnahme, System- und Sicherheitstests, elektrische Fehlersuche und -behebung an Prototypen und Systemen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der mechatronischen Systemintegration und der Softwareentwicklung an den jeweiligen Schnittstellen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Must-have: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrokonstruktion bzw. elektrischen Systementwicklung im Maschinen-/Anlagenbau, Automatisierungs-, Robotik-, Intralogistik-, Automotive- oder vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld Sichere EPLAN-Kenntnisse – Erstellung, Pflege und Strukturierung von Schaltplänen und elektrotechnischer Dokumentation Erfahrung in funktionaler Sicherheit sowie SPS-/Automatisierungstechnik Kenntnisse in Feldbussen wie EtherCAT und CAN/CANopen Grundlagen der Antriebs- und Regelungstechnik sowie Frequenzumrichter Strukturierte, dokumentationssichere Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenständigkeit im interdisziplinären Team Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Arbeit mit Mechanik-, Software- und Produktionsteams Erfahrung mit Safety-PLC-Programmierung (idealerweise SICK Flexi Soft)
  • Nice-to-have: Erfahrung im AGV-/AMR-Umfeld sowie mit ISO 3691-4 (Ableitung, Umsetzung, Validierung) Grundkenntnisse in 3D-CAD zum Verständnis mechanischer Schnittstellen Erfahrung im Robotik-Umfeld allgemein
