Description de tâches:Infirmier (m/f/d) - Centre d'Aide et de Soins de SteinselRejoindre la Stëftung Hellëf Doheem, c'est intégrer le leader des Réseaux d'Aide et de Soins au Luxembourg, qui compte aujourd'hui plus de 2.000 collaborateurs accompagnants nos clients en ayant à cœur de leur prodiguer des soins de qualité.Pour notre Centre d'Aide et de Soins de Steinsel, nous recherchonsun Infirmier (m/f/d) | 32h, CDIVos responsabilités :• Assurer une prise en charge globale du client dans le cadre de sa vie quotidienne• Réaliser des actes médicotechniques délégués ainsi qu'appuyer aux actes essentiels de la vie (hygiène, mobilité, nutrition...) auprès des clients planifiés sur les tours à domicile• Maîtriser la démarche de soins en soutenant le client dans son autonomie• Travailler en tant que membre d'une équipe interdisciplinaire et assurer les activités d'aide et de soins à domicile selon le concept de soins de la « Stëftung Hëllef Doheem » et son Code Qualité• Assurer la supervision de la prise en charge du client en tant qu'infirmier de référenceVotre profil :• Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'Infirmier et d'une autorisation d'exercer valable• Faire preuve d'un savoir-faire dans les domaines de la planification et de la documentation de soins• Maîtriser le luxembourgeois et maîtriser le français ou l'allemand.
