Infirmier (m/f/d) - Service National des Activités SpécialiséesRejoindre la Stëftung Hellëf Doheem, c'est intégrer le leader des Réseaux d'Aide et de Soins au Luxembourg, qui compte aujourd'hui plus de 2.000 collaborateurs accompagnants nos clients en ayant à cœur de leur prodiguer des soins de qualité.Pour notre Service National des Activités Spécialisées, nous recherchonsun Infirmier (m/f/d) | 36h, CDIVos responsabilités :• Assurer une prise en charge globale de la personne en phase palliative et/ou en fin de vie• Accompagner et soutenir l'entourage de la personne soignée• Assurer une prise en charge lors de situations de soins spécifiques : évaluation et prise en charge de la douleur, PAC, alimentation parentérale, ventilation, etc.• Intervenir au niveau de la formation et de l'encadrement spécifique des équipes d'aide et de soins• Être membre d'une équipe interdisciplinaire qui intervient 24 heures/24 et 7 jours/7Votre profil :• Être titulaire d'un diplôme infirmier et d'une autorisation d'exercer valable• Avoir suivi des formations continues spécifiques en soins palliatifs• Faire preuve d'empathie et d'excellentes qualités relationnelles• Maîtriser couramment le luxembourgeois, le français et l'allemand• S'identifier et agir selon notre devise « Mënschlech a kompetent »• Savoir utiliser les outils informatiques « MS Office »• Disposer d'un esprit d'équipe, du sens du service client et de qualités relationnelles• Démontrer un engagement professionnel, savoir travailler en autonomie• Détenir un permis de conduire valideNotre Offre :• Un contrat à durée indéterminée et à 36h par semaine• Une rémunération attractive calculée suivant la CCT-SAS en vigueur dans la limite d'une carrière C5, 34 jours de congé/an• Faire partie d'une Fondation reconnue pour ses normes de qualité élevées• Travailler dans un environnement dynamique grâce à une approche basée sur un dossier de soins informatisé à 100 %• Intégrer une équipe multidisciplinaire, multiculturelle et bienveillante avec un support mutuel inconditionnel• Pouvoir bénéficier de 40 heures de formation /an pour un temps-pleinVous souhaitez valoriser votre parcours professionnel en rejoignant notre structure de personnes au service de personnes ?Adressez votre candidature avec CV, lettre de motivation, diplôme(s), un extrait récent du casier judiciaire (bulletin 3) via notre site internet.Toute candidature sera traitée dans la stricte confidentialité.
