Infirmier pédiatrique spécialisé en soins palliatifs (m/f/d) - Service National des Activités SpécialiséesRejoindre la Stëftung Hellëf Doheem, c'est intégrer le leader des Réseaux d'Aide et de Soins au Luxembourg, qui compte aujourd'hui plus de 2.000 collaborateurs accompagnants nos clients en ayant à cœur de leur prodiguer des soins de qualité.Pour notre Service National des Activités Spécialisées, nous recherchonsun Infirmier pédiatrique spécialisé en soins palliatifs (m/f/d) | 30-36h, CDIVos responsabilités :Evaluer de manière approfondie les besoins physiques, psychologiques et émotionnels des enfants et adultes en soins palliatifs et de leurs familles.Disposer des compétences techniques relatives aux soins des enfants : prélèvements sanguins, pansements divers, sondages etc.Assurer une prise en charge lors de situations de soins spécifiques : évaluation et prise en charge de la douleur, PAC, alimentation parentérale, ventilation, etc.Accompagner et soutenir l'entourage de la personne soignée, dans leur rôle d'aidant comme dans le processus de deuil anticipé.Suivre régulièrement l'évolution de l'état de santé du patient et collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe médicale pour adapter les soins en fonction de sa progression.Intervenir au niveau de la formation et de l'encadrement spécifique des équipes d'aide et de soins dans le domaine des soins palliatifs pédiatriques en promouvant une approche centrée sur le patient.Avoir une approche proactive de recherche, de mise à jour de ses connaissances.
