Do you have a passion for supporting young people to thrive in a school environment?

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a member of our support staff. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping pupils reach their potential, while contributing to the smooth running of our school community.

As part of our support team, you will:

Assist colleagues in creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environmentProvide pastoral and academic support to pupilsHelp with classroom activities, small group work, or one-to-one interventions

We are seeking someone who is:

Positive, patient, and committed to helping children succeedA strong communicator with good organisational skillsAble to work as part of a team as well as independentlyFlexible and proactive in supporting a busy school environmentHas previous experience of working with SEND pupilsHas a good understanding of Trauma Informed practiceHas a good understanding of a range of SEND needs
