Die St. Josef-Stiftung ist eine bedeutende Unternehmung mit sozialem Auftrag im Kanton Aargau. Zu den Kernaufträgen gehören Wohn- und Tagesstrukturmöglichkeiten für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen, die heilpädagogische Schule sowie ein vielfältiges therapeutisches Angebot.

In unseren Kinderwohngruppen im Haus Fortuna betreuen wir Kinder und Jugendliche mit kognitiven, mehrfachen und psychischen Beeinträchtigungen sowie mit teilweise stark herausforderndem Verhalten. Diese Aufgabe ist sehr anspruchsvoll. Die Kinder und Jugendlichen zeigen oft sehr auffälliges Verhalten, das Geduld und eine klare Haltung erfordert. Wir suchen Mitarbeitende, die sich bewusst dieser anspruchsvollen Aufgabe stellen möchten. Sie sollen Fachwissen und Empathie mitbringen sowie die Bereitschaft, schwierige Situationen konstruktiv zu bewältigen.

Ihre Aufgaben: ###

  • Umfassende Erziehung, Förderung und Pflege unserer Kinder und Jugendlichen inkl. Mitgestaltung ihres Lebens- und Entwicklungsraumes
  • Bezugspersonenarbeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachspezialisten sowie Familienangehörigen und Beiständen

Ihr Profil: ###

  • Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen
  • FaBe, FaGe, sozialpädagogische Ausbildung oder gleichwertiges Berufsbildungsniveau
  • Sie sind empathisch, kreativ sowie humorvoll und legen grossen Wert auf eine gute Teamarbeit
  • Eigenverantwortung sowie eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft für unregelmässige und geteilte Arbeitszeiten
