Frisch, genussvoll, unkompliziert - das ist unser Restaurant JoJo. Unser öffentliches Selbstbedienungsrestaurant liegt im Herzen der St. Josef-Stiftung in Bremgarten und bietet an 365 Tagen im Jahr ein vielseitiges und abwechslungsreiches Angebot über den ganzen Tag. Seminare, Tagungen, Events, Kulturveranstaltungen sowie verschiedenste Firmen- oder Familienanlässe runden unser breites Dienstleistungsangebot ab.

Unser Team wünscht sich eine gut organisierte und versierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit Erfahrung im Bankettwesen, welche mit Herzblut in der Gastronomie arbeitet.

Darauf können Sie sich freuen

  • Umfassende Betreuung unserer Tages- und Veranstaltungsgäste vor Ort und Sicherstellen einer hohen Gästezufriedenheit sowie eines reibungslosen operativen Ablaufs
  • Planung und Durchführung von Anlässen, Seminaren und Events inkl. Bereitstellung aller benötigter Ressourcen
  • Erstellung von Offerten und Abrechnungen und andere administrative Aufgaben
  • Führung, Förderung und Motivation des Bankettteams
  • Gewährleistung einer optimalen Mitarbeitendeneinsatzplanung
  • Unterstützung der Restaurantleitung, aktive Mitarbeit bei allen Aufgaben im Restaurant- und Bankettbereich und Übernahme der Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheit der Restaurantleitung

Damit überzeugen Sie

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und/oder Gastronomie, oder eine äquivalente Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Führungserfahrung
  • Gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Teamgeist
  • Im Umgang mit Gästen, Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden beweisen Sie Charme, Sozialkompetenz und eine authentische, natürliche Freundlichkeit
  • Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, zeichnen sich durch innovative Ideen aus und sind ein Organisationstalent
  • Eine hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft sind für Sie selbstverständlich (auch abends und an Wochenenden)
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche sowie schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (Englisch und weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Microsoft-Anwenderkenntnisse
