  • Use interactive activities, discussions, case studies and experiential learning approaches to encourage participation, reflection and practical application.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support learners in applying their learning in the workplace.
  • Evaluate learning experiences through participant feedback, learning assessments and post-training follow-up, using findings to improve content, delivery and learning impact.

  • Recommend appropriate learning interventions, including formal training, e-learning, experiential learning, coaching and workplace learning.
  • Review progress and learning outcomes with stakeholders, refining training plans and roadmaps to strengthen workplace application and impact.

3. External Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a key liaison with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), professional bodies, training providers and external partners on learning collaborations.
  • Co-curate educational initiatives and learning experiences that promote understanding of community care and SLEC's service philosophy.
  • Translate potential collaborations into actionable proposals, clarifying learning objectives, scope, stakeholder responsibilities and resource requirements.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to assess the feasibility and capacity to support proposed partnerships and coordinate implementation.
  • Build and maintain productive partnerships that support staff development, student learning and sector capability building.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in training, learning and development, or adult education.
  • ACTA/ACLP certification is preferred.
  • Proven hands-on experience delivering training and facilitating engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to adapt content, communication style and facilitation methods for staff, students, corporate visitors and other groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a learning partner: understand stakeholder needs, synthesise inputs, identify capability gaps and develop practical training plans and roadmaps.
  • Experience in training needs analysis and the application of adult learning principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management, partnership development and proposal writing skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple programmes and projects while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
