About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

Responsible for working with students to be academically successful by supporting student accomodations in the area of academics and assessments under the direction of certified professionals in individual or small group settings; maintaining confidentiality of student and family information as required under FERPA. Start Date: Immediate Opening Contract: 183 days Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

FTE: 0.8125 (32.5 hours per week)

Salary & Benefits

Starting Rate: $20.64-$21.12 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years of post-secondary education or successful completion of a valid and reliable formal assessment as identified by the school district or State; ability to work with staff to provide services to students in skill-deficient areas.
