Deine Aufgaben \* Du bist verantwortlich für die aktive und selbstständige Vermarktung von Fachmedien und deren Online\\-Kanälen und entwickelst das Team der Vermarktung gemeinsam mit der Leitung kontinuierlich weiter. \* Du beobachtest und analysierst eigenständig den Markt und schöpfst das mögliche Potenzial voll aus. \* Du betreust ein bestehendes Portfolio aus Werbekunden und bist aktiv in der Neu\\- und Kaltakquise von potenziellen Werbekunden. \* Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Gestaltung ihres crossmedialen Werbeangebotes. \* Du konzipierst Werbeangebote und \\-aufträge und setzt diese um. \* Du betreust Werbekunden vom Erstkontakt über die Offerte bis zum Verkauf. \* Du arbeitest eng mit der Leitung Vermarktung zusammen, übernimmst Verantwortung für übergeordnete Themen und stehst ihr als kompetente Sparringsperson bei strategischen, personellen und operativen Fragestellungen zur Seite.
