Notre société, filiale du Groupe Stäubli, fournisseur mondial de solutions mécatroniques, est spécialisée, au sein de la Division Raccords Electriques, dans la conception, la fabrication et la commercialisation de connecteurs et systèmes de connexion électriques à forte valeur ajoutée.

Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au sein de la cellule projets de l’activité mobilité électrique de la société, vos missions principales vous amènent à piloter et suivre des projets de développement de produits nouveaux et d’évolution de produits existants, en réponse aux demandes des clients et du marché.

Votre mission consiste à mener à bien et à suivre la feuille de route de développement définie en étroite collaboration avec le chef de produit et le responsable des ventes de l'activité Mobilité Electrique.

Rédigeant les cahiers des charges et établissant les spécifications produits (performance technique, respect du cadre règlementaire, contraintes de coûts, etc,..), vous coordonnez les activités des projets avec les équipes dédiées, à savoir l'engineering, l'industrialisation, la qualité et les achats.

Pilotant les analyses de risques produits et participant au processus de protection intellectuelle (dépôt ou vérification), vous intervenez sur l'ensemble des phases de développement, jusqu'à l'industrialisation et la mise sur le marché, en veillant au respect des coûts, qualité et délais associés aux projets. Vous définissez les plannings et savez gérer les priorités.

Qualifications

Vous évoluerez au quotidien dans un contexte international nécessitant d’être à l’aise en anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral. Des déplacements ponctuels à l’étranger sont à prévoir.

De formation supérieure type Ingénieur dans le domaine de mécanique, mécatronique, électrotechnique ou équivalent, vous possédez une expérience concrète de 5 ans au minimum dans la gestion de projets de développement de produits, acquise dans un environnement industriel tourné vers l’international. Doté d’une expertise technique dans votre domaine, ce poste nécessite une prise en main de sujets concrets et aboutis.

Votre curiosité technique vous permettra d’évoluer et d’acquérir rapidement les compétences nécessaires à ce poste. Aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle, capacité d’analyse et rigueur dans le suivi des procédures internes assureront votre réussite à ce poste
