Description du poste

Vos missions

Au sein du service Achats de notre Division Raccords, vous accompagnerez le Supplier Performance Manager sur différents projets.

Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Analyse de la performance fournisseurs

  • Collecter et consolider les indicateurs de performance (OTD, qualité, retards, backlog, escalades).
  • Réaliser des analyses de données afin d'identifier les causes de non-performance.
  • Participer à la priorisation des fournisseurs nécessitant un accompagnement renforcé.
  • Élaborer des synthèses et tableaux de bord destinés aux équipes achats et opérations

Pilotage des plans d'amélioration

  • Participer à la construction et au suivi des plans d'actions avec les fournisseurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des engagements et des échéances.
  • Préparer les revues de performance fournisseurs.
  • Mettre à jour les supports de reporting et les indicateurs de suivi.

Cartographie et gestion des risques fournisseurs

  • Contribuer à l'évaluation des risques capacitaires, logistiques et qualité.
  • Participer à la segmentation du panel fournisseurs selon leur criticité.
  • Aider à la construction d'une cartographie des risques fournisseurs.
  • Proposer des actions de sécurisation des approvisionnements

Support aux actions terrain

  • Participer à certaines réunions fournisseurs.
  • Préparer les visites chez les fournisseurs.
  • Contribuer à la rédaction des comptes rendus et des plans d'actions.
  • Accompagner les démarches d'amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes.

Qualifications

Votre profil

Actuellement en dernière année de Master Supply Chain / Achats ou Génie Industriel, vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage afin de valider votre diplôme.

Connaissances appréciées :

  • Analyse de données et résolution de problèmes
  • Connaissances en vision industrielle

Une appétence pour la lecture de plans mécaniques ainsi qu'un intérêt pour l'environnement du décolletage et de la mécanique de précision seraient appréciés.

Qualités : Autonomie, esprit d’équipe, force de proposition, aisance relationnelle, analytique

Langue(s) étrangère(s) : aisance en anglais
