Wat ga je doen?

Als customer service medewerker ben jij de schakel tussen klanten, planning en operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat vragen snel en goed worden afgehandeld en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening.

Heb je ambitie om meer te leren over transportplanning? Dan bieden wij je de mogelijkheid om hierin mee te kijken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting een rol binnen de planning.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

In deze veelzijdige functie zorg jij ervoor dat klanten optimaal worden geholpen en dat processen soepel verlopen.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen over zendingen, orders, tarieven en dienstverlening.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met bestaande klanten en bouwt relaties verder uit.
  • Je signaleert commerciële kansen en speelt deze door naar de juiste collega's.
  • Je ondersteunt bij offertes, tenders en administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Je monitort klanttevredenheid en zorgt voor een professionele klachtenafhandeling.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de planners, chauffeurs en operationele collega's.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening.

Wat vragen wij jou?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een customer service-, commerciële binnendienst- of logistieke functie.
  • Affiniteit met transport en logistiek is een pre.
  • Basiskennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je woont in een straal van 30km van Wormerveer.
