THE POSITION:
STACK’s People Operations Generalist is a people-focused HR professional with a keen eye for detail and an obsession with accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate can balance administration with employee-facing support for onboarding employees. As part of our People & Culture team, the People Operations Generalist will be asked to jump in, with creativity and enthusiasm, to provide all administrative onboarding support.
- Administer the end-to-end onboarding process from pre-hire to start date. This includes:Maintain new-hire log including making frequent updates to support changes should they occur Initiate background checks, confirm completion and escalation review if necessary Partner with hiring manager to complete pre-hire tasks ensuring internal alignment Communicate and coordinate with new hires setting clear first-day expectations, including attending New Hire Orientation, and providing guidance on required Workday tasks Process and complete I-9
- Lead weekly New Hire Orientation
- Process the new hire through Workday and confirm all role-specific information is accurate of the offer letter including capturing/entry of one-time payments (hiring bonus or relocation bonus)
- Partner with IT and Workplace Services to ensure new hires have IT equipment and a workspace at the Denver location, as applicable for their first day
- Assist in gathering data for audit requests related to employee data that is not payroll specific.
- Adjust, create or make employee or supervisory changes in Workday for employees or departmental changes where the manager cannot otherwise self-serve.
- Provide administrative support where needed with recognition platform.
THE DETAILS:
- Location: Denver, CO - 3 days in office
- Travel: Up to 10%
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years in HR, including handling HR administration
- Experience supporting HR function
- Familiarity with HR databases, Workday preferred
- Excellent time management, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting company information to new hires
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Compensation Range:
$63,600.00 - $69,960.00
