Jouw job in een notendop

Als begeleider volg je de pedagogische richtlijnen op en geef je de kinderen ruimte om te ontdekken en experimenteren. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende taken zoals het begeleiden van de kinderen, zorgen voor animatie en garant staan voor een veilige en hygiënische omgeving.

  • Je bent stressbestendigJe kan terecht komen in situaties waar de druk en het stressniveau hoog liggen. Het is belangrijk dat je deze situaties steeds op een rustige manier benaderd en dat je het goede voorbeeld geeft.

Je bent in het bezit van één van volgende diploma’s:

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs TSO/dubbele finaliteit: STW – GWW – Jeugd- en gehandicaptenzorg – Bijzondere jeugdzorg – Verpleegaspirant - Opvoeding en begeleiding
  • Diploma 7e jaar secundair onderwijs BSO/arbeidsmarktfinaliteit/volwassenenonderwijs: Kinderzorg – Begeleider in de kinderopvang of kinderzorg – Begeleider in de kinderopvang – Kinderbegeleider duaal
  • Diploma secundair na secundair: Internaatswerking - Leefgroepenwerking
  • Certificaat stelsel leren en werken: Begeleider in de kinderopvang van het deeltijds BSO – Begeleider in de kinderopvang behaald in de leertijd (Syntra)
  • Diploma Graduaatsopleiding: Gegradueerde in de verpleegkunde – Assistent in de psychologie - Maatschappelijk werk – Orthopedagogie – Personeelswerk - Sociaal cultureel werk - Syndicaal werk
  • Diploma op het niveau van een (academische of professionele) bachelor of op het niveau van een master
  • Een attest dat bevestigt dat voor minstens 120 studiepunten een creditbewijs is behaald of dat het 2e jaar met vrucht is voltooid van volgende studierichtingen: Pedagogie van het jonge kind - Kleuter-, lager, of secundair onderwijs - Gezinswetenschappen – Orthopedagogie - Sociaal werk - Sociale readaptatiewetenschappen - Toegepaste psychologie – Verpleegkunde – Vroedkunde – Ergotherapie – Revalidatiewetenschappen en kinesitherapie – Audiologie – Logopedie – Studierichting van het studiegebied Psychologie en pedagogische wetenschappen – Bachelordiploma in combinatie met het diploma van leraar behaald na het volgen van de specifieke lerarenopleiding
  • Bewijs beroepskwalificatie Kinderbegeleider baby’s en peuters, al dan niet behaald via duaal leren
