The posting

In dagverzorgingscentrum De Passage bieden we opvang, zorg en een warme sfeer aan maximaal 15 ouderen. Zo helpen we hen langer thuis te wonen.

Ben jij een betrokken zorgkundige en werk je graag met mensen? We zoeken versterking van begin januari tot en met eind augustus 2027.

Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks welzijn van onze ouderen:

  • Je creëert een gezellige, huiselijke sfeer waar iedereen zich welkom voelt.
  • Samen met je collega’s bedenk en begeleid je activiteiten die zorgen voor een zinvolle en aangename dag. Je begeleidt de activiteit op je eentje, ondertussen neemt een collega andere zorgen op.
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het sociale contact tussen de gebruikers, zodat ze zich verbonden en goed in hun vel blijven voelen.
  • Daarnaast neem je de dagelijkse zorg deskundig over van de mantelzorger, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en respect.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking en warmte centraal staan.

Je werkt dagelijks tussen 8.30 en 17 uur. Je doet geen onregelmatige prestaties en je werkt niet in het weekend, tenzij uitzonderlijk bij feestelijke gelegenheden.

  • Je hebt een visum van zorgkundige (Je bent dus geregistreerd als zorgkundige bij de Federale Overheidsdienst Volksgezondheid)
  • Je begrijpt en spreekt goed Nederlands
  • Je hebt een blanco strafregister
  • Je bent fysiek in orde voor de job
  • Je kan starten vanaf 4 januari 2027
