DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word) sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP\-, PLM\- oder Dokumentenmanagement\-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Geschick und hohe Belastbarkeit auch in anspruchsvollen Projektphasen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und hoher Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Unterstützung der Engineering\-Leitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei der Koordination von Projekten und Ressourcen
  • Mitarbeit im Abteilungscontrolling, Erstellung von KPIs, Forecasts und Auswertungen zur Kapazitäts\- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Vorbereitung von Offerten, Prüfung von Auftragsbestellungen sowie Nachverfolgung von Meilensteinen und Fristen
  • Verwaltung, Pflege und Archivierung technischer Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Engineering\-Prozessen
  • Übernahme klassischer Assistenzaufgaben wie Termin\- und Reisemanagement, Sitzungsorganisation, Präsentationserstellung und administrative HR\-Aufgaben
