Bülach - seit 1384 eine Stadt mit Tradition. Heute das prosperierende und wachsende Zentrum des Zürcher Unterlands mit über 24-500 Einwohnenden. Sie pflegt eine Verwaltungskultur, in welcher die Kundenorientierung und die Wertschätzung der Mitarbeitenden im Zentrum stehen. Die Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB) Bülach Nord ist für 16 Gemeinden mit ca. 70-000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern zuständig. Wir suchen per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung ein

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Verfahrensleitung von zugeteilten kindes- und erwachsenenschutzrechtlichen Verfahren
  • Führen von Anhörungen und Redaktion von Entscheiden
  • Entscheidfällung bei Einzelzuständigkeit und Mitwirken bei Entscheiden im Behördengremium
  • Instruktion, Beratung und Kontrolle der Arbeit der Beistände

Ihr Profil ###

  • Hochschulabschluss in Recht, Sozialer Arbeit, Psychologie, Pädagogik, Gesundheit oder Treuhandwesen
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem der oben genannten Fachgebiete, Erfahrung im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbereich von Vorteil
  • Schweizer Bürgerrecht (gesetzliche Vorschrift)
  • sehr guter mündlicher und schriftlicher Ausdruck sowie eine exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Interesse an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • belastbare, durchsetzungsstarke und integre Persönlichkeit mit einem sicheren Auftreten
