Dabei setzen wir uns für die Interessen und die Selbstbestimmung von Menschen in unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen ein. Sachbearbeiter/-in Berufsbeistandschaften 80-100% ##

Deine Aufgaben - sinnstiftend und vielseitig ###

  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Führen der Klient/-innenbuchhaltung
  • Sicherung der Ansprüche aus Privat- und Sozialversicherungen
  • Bearbeiten von Forderungsansprüchen gegenüber Krankenkassen und Ergänzungsleistungen
  • Erstellung der buchhalterischen Unterlagen für Rechenschaftsberichte
  • Verwalten der Klient-/innendossiers im Tutoris und Archivierung
  • Bearbeitung der Post, Schalter- und Telefondienst

So wirst du Teil unseres Teams ###

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ), vorzugsweise in der Verwaltung oder im sozialen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Sozialversicherungs- und/oder Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzrecht
  • Flair für Zahlen, Kontrollaufgaben und Buchhaltung sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • fundierte IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office), Tutoris von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft, gemeinsam mit uns die Organisation aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
