Was Sie bei uns tun

Bei uns sind Sie für die Unterhaltsplanung und den langfristigen Werterhalt der städtischen Liegenschaften im Finanzvermögen verantwortlich. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bewirtschaftung und dem Portfoliomanagement planen und koordinieren Sie Unterhalts\- und Instandhaltungsmassnahmen. Sie leiten kleinere Bau\- und Sanierungsprojekte, überwachen deren Ausführung und stellen die Einhaltung von Kosten, Qualität und Terminen sicher. Zudem erfassen und beurteilen Sie den Zustand der Liegenschaften, pflegen die entsprechenden Daten und wirken bei der jährlichen Investitions\- und Unterhaltsplanung sowie der Budgetierung mit.

  • Möchten Sie Ihr technisches Know\-how, Ihre Kenntnisse im Bau\- und Mietrecht sowie ihre Erfahrung mit kleineren Bauprojekten in Ihre tägliche Arbeit einbringen und gezielt anwenden?
  • Gelingt es Ihnen dank Ihrer flexiblen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten und Ihre Aufgaben fristgerecht zu erfüllen?
  • Sind Sie eine kommunikative und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist, die gerne mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zusammenarbeitet?
  • Verfügen Sie über ein gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine Affinität zur IT und behalten Kosten und Budgets stets im Blick, um einen wertvollen Beitrag im Dienste unserer Verwaltung zu leisten?

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

* Eidg. Fachausweis in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung oder eine vergleichbare, in der Schweiz anerkannte Weiterbildung im Bereich Immobilien oder Facility Management

* Berufserfahrung im Immobilienmanagement, idealerweise in der öffentlichen Verwaltung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit der Führung von Unterhalts\- und Bauprojekten Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass Sie für diese verantwortungsvolle Stelle über sehr gute Kenntnisse der beiden Amtssprachen Deutsch und ösisch sowie hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügen.
