Wir richten uns bevorzugt an Bewerbende mit fundierter Lebens\\- und Berufserfahrung. Zusammen mit Ihrer Teamkollegin bilden Sie eine Vollzeitstelle von insgesamt fünf Vollzeitstellen. Bei Abwesenheiten Ihrer Teamkollegin arbeiteten Sie kurzfristig 100 %. Als Team stellen Sie den reibungslosen Betrieb innerhalb des Betreibungsamtes sicher. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Kanzlei 50\\- 60 % (Jobsharing) Ihre Aufgaben \* Führen sämtlicher Kanzleiarbeiten; \* Schalterdienst, Verarbeiten der gesamten Post, E\\-Mail Bearbeitung, Telefondienst, Auskünfte, Rücksendungen, Rechtsvorschläge, Rechtshilfeaufträge, Rückzüge, Führen von Registern und vieles mehr \* Führen der Kasse inkl. Tagesabschluss \* Führung der Buchhaltung \* Erstellung der Kollokationspläne und Verlustscheine \* Erfassung der Zahlungsbefehle und Tagebücher \* Ferienvertretung der Jobsharing\\-Mitarbeiterin \* Alle Arbeiten werden in einem monatlich wechselnden Rotationssystem ausgeführt Ihr Profil \* Kaufmännische Ausbildung \* Gute EDV\\-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook, evtl.
