Die Offene Jugendarbeit Kloten bietet Angebote im niederschwelligen Bereich bis hin zu gecoachter Projektarbeit. Soziale Integration, Förderung von Jugendlichen in ihrer Kreativität und Persönlichkeit sowie Unterstützung von Jugendlichen sind Schwerpunkte der Jugendarbeit. Jugendliche werden in Projekte und Aktivitäten partizipativ einbezogen und übernehmen ihren Fähigkeiten entsprechend Verantwortung.Als offene städtische Jugendarbeit (5 festangestellte Jugendarbeitende, ein Zivi) engagieren wir uns für eine vielseitige, lebendige und professionelle Ausbildung. Wir bieten einer motivierten und aufgestellten Persönlichkeit ab August 2027 einen Ausbildungsplatz für die gesamte Studiendauer an.

Dein Lern- und Aufgabengebiet

  • Kinder und Jugendliche ressourcenorientiert begleiten und in ihrer Beteiligung stärken
  • Betreiben der soziokulturellen Jugendräume und Angebote
  • Animation und Soziokulturarbeit mit Jugendlichen zwischen 12 und 25 Jahren
  • Projekte und Angebote von der Idee bis zur Auswertung mitgestalten
  • Die Grundlagen der Offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit in der Praxis anwenden
  • Kooperationen mit internen und externen Partnern verstehen und aktiv unterstützen
  • Administrative Aufgaben selbstständig und sorgfältig ausführen
  • Die eigene Rolle reflektieren und die Zusammenarbeit im Team konstruktiv mitgestalten

Das bringst du mit

  • Soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz, Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in und Interesse an der Arbeit mit Kindern oder Jugendlichen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit und eine gute Portion Humor
  • Bereitschaft für unregelmässige Arbeitseinsätze (abends und 1-2x monatlich am Wochenende)
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office, Excel, etc.)
