Ressortleitung Einwohnerservice -------------------------------

Sie führen gerne, denken voraus und hinterfragen auch mal „das haben wir schon immer so gemacht“? Dann sind Sie bei uns richtig!

Sie übernehmen die Leitung des Ressorts Einwohnerservice mit 11 Mitarbeitenden und entwickeln dieses gemeinsam mit der Abteilungsleitung weiter – modern, effizient und nah an den Bedürfnissen der Bevölkerung.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie führen, fördern und entwickeln Ihr Team
  • Sie optimieren Abläufe und bringen frische Ideen ein
  • Sie stellen den reibungslosen Betrieb in den verschiedenen Fachbereichen sicher
  • Sie bringen Ihre Fachkompetenz im Tagesgeschäft der Einwohnerkontrolle sowie im Bürgerrechts\- und Bestattungswesen ein
  • Sie leiten Projekte und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung aktiv mit

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ und erste Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Einwohnermelderecht, idealerweise auch im Bürgerrechts\- und Bestattungswesen
  • Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und Mut zu neuen Lösungen
  • Freude an der Führung von Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Organisationstalent, IT\-Affinität und stilsichere Kommunikation
