Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Einzelprojektförderung. Dazu gehören die Bearbeitung von Gesuchen sowie die Beratung und Korrespondenz mit den Gesuchstellenden.
  • Du bereitest deren Sitzungen vor, begleitest sie und sorgst für eine strukturierte Nachbereitung der Sitzungen und Förderentscheide.
  • Du organisierst die Ausschreibung und Durchführung der Jurierungen für Ateliervergaben und Kulturprojekte.
  • Du arbeitest in Arbeits\- und Projektgruppen mit und unterstützt die Umsetzung der Kulturagenda 2030\.

Dein Profil

  • Du begeisterst dich für Kunst und Kultur und möchtest deren Förderung und Weiterentwicklung aktiv mitgestalten.
  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschul\- oder Fachhochschulabschluss oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit im Kulturbereich mit. Verwaltungserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
  • Du kennst das kulturelle Geschehen in der Stadt Luzern oder hast einen Bezug dazu.
  • Du interessierst dich für kulturpolitische Fragestellungen und Entwicklungen.
  • Du erfasst komplexe Zusammenhänge rasch, arbeitest selbstständig und verfügst über ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Geschick.
  • Du bewegst dich sicher im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen und kommunizierst adressatengerecht.
  • Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit, denkst kreativ und handelst lösungsorientiert.
  • Du gehst sicher mit verschiedenen Kommunikationsmitteln um, bringst Eigeninitiative mit und arbeitest gerne im Team.

Die Dienstabteilung Kultur und Sport versteht sich als Drehscheibe rund um die Belange der städtischen Kultur\- und Sportpolitik. Verschiedene finanzielle Förderinstrumente sowie Infrastrukturen, Dienstleistungen und Fachberatung werden den Akteuren aus dem Sport\- und Kulturbereich zur Verfügung gestellt.

Über 2000 Mitarbeitende, 1200 Lehrpersonen und über 60 Lernende in 12 Berufen: Die Stadt Luzern ist eine der grössten Arbeitgeberinnen der Region – und gleichzeitig nahbar und sympathisch.
