Zur befristeten Unterstützung unseres HR\-Bereichs suchen wir für sechs Monate per sofort eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die uns im operativen Tagesgeschäft unterstützt und selbstständig Aufgaben im Personalwesen / in der Personaladministration übernehmen kann.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • HR\-Administration: Selbstständiges Abwickeln der Personalprozesse vom Ein\- bis zum Austritt im Programm Abacus sowie dem Tagesgeschäft.
  • Systembetreuung: Pflegen der HR\-Stammdaten in Abacus sowie Unterstützen der Mitarbeitenden bei der Anwendung von myAbacus.
  • Beratung: Kompetente Ansprechperson für Vorgesetzte und Mitarbeitende in administrativen und organisatorischen HR\-Fragen.
  • Prozesse und Optimierung: Unterstützen bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Bereichs und der stetigen Prozessoptimierung, um das HR als kompetenten und präsenten Partner im gesamten Betrieb zu verankern.

IHR PROFIL

  • Ausbildung: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung oder einer erfolgreichen Weiterbildung im Personalwesen ( zur/zum HR\-Fachfrau/\-fachmann (mit eidg. Fachausweis) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung in der Personaladministration und im HR\-Lifecycle – Erfahrung im öffentlich\-rechtlichen Umfeld (Gemeinde/Kanton) ist ein grosses Plus.
  • Systemkenntnisse: Praxiserprobte und vertraute Kenntnisse in der Abwicklung von Personalprozessen mit Abacus und myAbacus.
  • Arbeitsweise: Exakte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung und Diskretion.
