In diesem spannenden * übernehmen Sie die betriebswirtschaftliche, operative und personelle Gesamtverantwortung für das Alterszentrum Kirchhofplatz * stellen Sie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines qualitativ hochstehenden Angebots sicher, das sich konsequent an den Bedürfnissen der Bewohnenden orientiert * richten Sie das Dienstleistungsangebot strategisch an der städtischen Altersstrategie aus und setzen diese wirkungsvoll um * führen Sie das Alterszentrum nach den einheitlichen Grundsätzen und Richtlinien der städtischen Alterszentren und bewahren dabei seinen individuellen Charakter * leiten Sie interdisziplinäre Projekte im Bereich Stationäre Versorgung und bringen innovative Impulse ein * sind Sie für Bewohnende, Angehörige und Mitarbeitende nahbar und präsent * vertreten Sie das Alterszentrum Kirchhofplatz nach innen und aussen und pflegen tragfähige Netzwerke mit relevanten Anspruchsgruppen

Sie sind hier erfolgreich * mit Ihrer abgeschlossenen Weiterbildung im Bereich Management von sozialen oder sozialmedizinischen Organisationen * wenn Sie ein starkes betriebswirtschaftliches Fundament mitbringen * wenn Sie mit Ihrem sozialen und kulturellen Verständnis das Alterszentrum als einen lebendigen, von Wertschätzung geprägten Ort für Bewohnende und Mitarbeitende gestalten * dank Ihrer mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungs\- oder Leitungsfunktion, idealerweise im Alters\- oder Gesundheitsbereich * mit Ihrer Erfahrung im Transformations\- und Changemanagement * mit Ihrem Verständnis für politische Prozesse und die Rahmenbedingungen im Alters\- und Gesundheitsbereich * aufgrund Ihres strategischen Denkens, Ihrer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise und Ihrem Blick für Qualität und Effizienz * dank Ihrer hohen Sozialkompetenz, Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und Ihres souveränen Auftretens * wenn Sie eine Kultur des Vertrauens sowie der Weiterentwicklung motiviert und aktiv vorleben
