Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Sie sind die rechte Hand der Schulleitung und führen das Schulleitungssekretariat selbstständig.
  • Sie unterstützen die Schulleitung administrativ und organisatorisch – von der Schuljahresplanung bis zum Bewerbungs\- und Anstellungsprozess.
  • Sie erledigen die interne und externe Korrespondenz.
  • Sie führen die Personaladministration sowie das Absenz\- und Vikariatswesen und helfen bei der Suche nach Vikarinnen und Vikaren.
  • Sie betreuen die Schüleradministration, die Ablage und die Archivierung.
  • Sie behalten Kreditoren, Barauslagen und Budget im Blick.
  • Sie sind Ansprechperson für Eltern, Lehrpersonen, Schulverwaltung, Hauswartung und .
  • Sie organisieren Sitzungen, Weiterbildungen und Teamanlässe und protokollieren Eltern\- und Standortgespräche.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen; Erfahrung an einer Volksschule im Kanton Zürich ist ein Plus.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig und sorgfältig und behalten auch in hektischen Momenten den Überblick.
  • Sie kommunizieren gerne und gewandt und sind diskret und loyal.
  • Sie erfassen Neues rasch, sind teamfähig, flexibel und dienstleistungsorientiert.
  • Sie bringen Grundkenntnisse im Rechnungswesen mit und formulieren mündlich wie schriftlich stilsicher auf Deutsch.
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Scolaris, CMI, LehrerOffice oder Klapp sind von Vorteil.
