Die Abteilung Soziales umfasst den Abklärungsdienst, den Sozialdienst Kinder und Jugendliche, den Sozialdienst Erwachsene, die Zentralen Dienste, das Sozialrevisorat, die Fachstelle Gesundheitsförderung und die Fachstelle Arbeitsintegration.

Für die Fachstelle Gesundheitsförderung suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Fachverantwortliche / Fachverantwortlicher Generationen, Freiwilligenarbeit und Sucht (60 – 70 %) ===================================================================================================

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist der Dreh\- und Angelpunkt der Stadt Thun für die Fachthemen , das Generationenmiteinander, die Freiwilligenarbeit und die Suchtprävention/Schadenminderung
  • Du bringst Menschen und Organisationen zusammen und schaffst gemeinsam Lösungen für gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen
  • Du greifst aktuelle Fragestellungen deines Fachbereichs auf und bringst diese in die fachliche und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung ein
  • Du initiierst und organisierst Veranstaltungen und Projekte, die Begegnungen schaffen, den Austausch fördern und machst gesellschaftliche Themen sichtbar
  • Berichte und Entscheidungsgrundlagen verfasst du selbständig, strukturiert und mit einem Blick aufs Wesentliche
  • Du vertrittst die Stadt Thun in regionalen und kantonalen Gremien und bringst ihre Anliegen sowie deine Fachkompetenz ein
  • Du gestaltest die zukünftige Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der Fachstelle aktiv mit

Du bringst mit:

  • Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit (Fachhochschule oder Universität) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Sozialen Arbeit; vertiefte Kenntnisse in den Aufgabengebieten und im Projektmanagement erwünscht
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum Vernetzen sowie Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops
  • Freude am Kontakt mit externen Organisationen
  • Flexibilität, Innovationskraft, Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken sowie gute Arbeitsorganisation
  • Interesse an politischen und gesellschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS\-Office\-Programmen
