Die Primarschule Uster ist mit 3-000 Schul- und Kindergartenkindern und mit rund 550 Mitarbeitenden eine der grössten Schulgemeinden im Kanton Zürich.

In den Schulhorten der Stadt Uster werden Kindergartenkinder und Primarschüler/innen während der unterrichtsfreien Zeit sowie während der Schulferien betreut und gefördert.

Springer\*innen (m/w/d) mit oder ohne pädagogische Grundausbildung im Stundenlohn ##

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unserer Betreuungsteams bei geplanten und kurzfristigen Abwesenheiten an verschiedenen Standorten in Uster
  • Begleitung der Kinder im Betreuungsalltag und Unterstützung bei Aktivitäten sowie bei der Umsetzung des Erziehungs- und Bildungsauftrags
  • Respektvoller und einfühlsamer Umgang mit Kindern und Eltern sowie verlässliche Zusammenarbeit im Team

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Kinderbetreuung und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C2 in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich; problemloses Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch
  • Belastbare, zuverlässige und flexible Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Versiert im Umgang mit modernen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zur Reflexion und Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Persönlichkeit
  • Für Einsätze mit pädagogischer Grundausbildung: Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ oder Diplom in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik oder Kindererziehung; bei ausländischen Abschlüssen ist eine schweizerische Diplomanerkennung erforderlich.

Wir bieten:

  • Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem unterstützenden Arbeitsumfeld mit engagierten Betreuungsteams
  • Ohne pädagogische Grundausbildung: CHF 31-38 pro Stunde
  • Mit pädagogischer Grundausbildung: CHF 39-46 pro Stunde
  • Anstellung ausschliesslich im Stundenlohn, ohne fixes Pensum. Einsätze nach Bedarf und Verfügbarkeit, Montag bis Freitag zwischen 11.00 und 18.00 Uhr während der Schulwochen.
