In der Stadtverwaltung arbeiten rund 380 Mitarbeitende, die für die Bevölkerung täglich umfassende Dienstleistungen erbringen. Die Dienststelle Controlling in der Abteilung Finanzen ist verantwortlich für die finanzielle Steuerung des gesamten Finanzhaushalts der Stadt Wädenswil. Für unser Team suchen wir per 1\\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und analytische Persönlichkeit als Finanzcontrollerin/Finanzcontroller mit Teilprojektleitung, 80 bis 100 % \\Ihre Handlungsfelder\\ \* Mitarbeit bei der finanziellen Planung, Budgetierung und Berichterstattung sowie beim mehrjährigen Finanzplan \* Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) und des Risikomanagements \* Erstellung von fundierten Analysen, Kennzahlen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für interne Anspruchsgruppen (Verwaltung und Politik) \* Beratung von Führungskräften in finanzrelevanten Fragestellungen und Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Abteilungsleitung \* Leitung von (Teil\\-)Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse und \\-systeme \* Unterstützung im Jahresabschlussprozess und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität \* Betreuung und Pflege von Stammdaten, Weiterentwicklung von Auswertungen und Reporting\\-Tools \* Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Finanzcontrollings zu einem geschätzten Businesspartner mit erkennbarem Mehrwert für Führungskräfte \\Was Sie mitbringen\\ \* Fach\\- oder Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Controlling \* hohe IT\\-Affinität und Begeisterung für datenbasierte Lösungen (z.
