Die *Schule in Kleingruppen *(KGS) ist eine kommunale Tagessonderschule. Die KGS ist ein Angebot für Primarschülerinnen und -schüler mit Lern- und Verhaltensauffälligkeiten. Die Kinder sind normalbegabt, benötigen jedoch einen kleinen, klar strukturierten Rahmen für ihr Lernen und für ihre sozioemotionale Entwicklung. Wann immer möglich werden die Kinder in die Regelschule Reintegriert.

In Folge Mutterschaft suchen wir per sofort und bis Ende Januar 2027

Eine Sozialpädagogin /einen Sozialpädagogen 80%

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Individuelle Begleitung der Kinder gemäss Förderplanung
  • Bezugsarbeit mit den Kindern und den Eltern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrpersonen und Fachpersonen Therapie
  • Einsatz als Schulassistenz
  • Mittagsbetreuung und Betreuung (Pausen und Zeit nach Unterricht)
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Mehrfamilienarbeit für eine Klasse

Sie bringen mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Sozialpädagogik
  • Erfahrung und Interesse im Umgang mit Schülerinnen und Schülern mit besonderen Bedürfnissen
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, Humor
  • Hohe Flexibilität und gute Selbstorganisation
