Wir suchen Sie als Gruppenleiter:in in der Schulergänzenden Betreuung Hegifeld. Sie leiten ab 1. Dezember 2026 befristet bis 31. Juli 2027 eine Kindergruppe Zyklus 2 während 39 Schulwochen an fünf Tagen pro Woche.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliches Führen einer Schulkindergruppe innerhalb der Betreuung
  • Anleiten und Führen von zwei bis drei Mitarbeitenden
  • Implementieren pädagogischer Alltagsgestaltung für die Kindergruppe inklusive Präventions- und Früherkennungsarbeit
  • Mit Eltern, der Schule und Fachpersonen zusammenarbeiten
  • Organisatorisches und administratives Unterstützen der Betreuungsleitung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialpädagog:in oder Fachperson Betreuung EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von kindergarten- und schulpflichtigen Kindern
  • Fähigkeit, die eigenen Arbeitsweise zu reflektieren
  • Belastbare, initiative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Freude im Umgang mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen
