Für den Bereich Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine\n selbständige\n und motivierte\n Praktikant\in Finanzen und Projekte 50 \- 100%, befristet bis 31\.12\.2027\.

Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen Aufgaben im Debitorenmanagement sowie in der Kontenabstimmung.
  • Sie unterstützen den Bereichsleiter bei der Analyse von Prozessen und erarbeiten Optimierungsvorschläge.
  • Sie wirken mit bei der Erstellung von Monats\-, Tertial\- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie den entsprechenden Berichten.
  • Sie führen selbständig kleinere Controlling\- und MIS\-Projekte.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium (Universität/FH) oder eine Erstausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
  • Interesse an Finanzthemen im Umfeld der Sportförderung
  • Freude am Lernen, vernetztes Denken und gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Effiziente, exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

Über uns

Das Sportamt ist eine Dienstabteilung des Schul\- und Sportdepartements der Stadt Zürich. Es ist das Kompetenzzentrum für die Sportförderung und stellt der sportbegeisterten Bevölkerung und den Vereinen die Sportanlagen inklusive Hallen\- und Freibäder zur Verfügung. Die Organisation des obligatorischen Schwimmunterrichts sowie des freiwilligen Schulsports zählen auch zu den Kernaufgaben des Sportamts. Mit gezielter Information motiviert das Sportamt zu mehr Bewegung und berät und unterstützt die Sportorganisationen.
