Infolge Pensionierung des aktuellen Stelleninhabers suchen wir für den Stab der Direktion per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine dienstleistungsorientierte und umgängliche Persönlichkeit als

Aufgaben

  • Strategieumsetzung und Portfolio\-Management: Sie konkretisieren den Umsetzungsplan zur Strategie «Sportstadt Zürich 2035», managen das bereichsübergreifende Projektportfolio des Sportamts und überwachen systematisch den Umsetzungsfortschritt.
  • Leitung komplexer Projekte: Sie koordinieren und leiten bereichsübergreifende Projekte von hoher strategischer Bedeutung.
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und Steuerungsgruppen: Sie verfassen strategische Grundlagen und beraten die Geschäftsleitung sowie Steuerungsgruppen.

Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium (Universität, ETH, FH).
  • Projekterfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Projekte.
  • Kommunikation: Sicheres Auftreten in Gremien, Präsentationen und Schulungen; stilsicher in Wort und Schrift.
  • Methodik: Hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie vernetztes Denken.
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung, idealerweise departementsübergreifend; Interesse am Sport und Kenntnisse der Sportlandschaft und Sportförderung.

Über uns

Das Sportamt ist eine Dienstabteilung des Schul\- und Sportdepartements der Stadt Zürich. Es ist das Kompetenzzentrum für die Sportförderung und stellt der sportlich aktiven Bevölkerung und den Vereinen Sportanlagen sowie Hallen\- und Freibäder zur Verfügung. Die Organisation des obligatorischen Schwimmunterrichts sowie des freiwilligen Schulsports zählen ebenfalls zu den Kernaufgaben des Sportamts. Mit gezielter Information motiviert das Sportamt zu mehr Bewegung und berät und unterstützt die Sportorganisationen.
