Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Station Haus 14 suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben

  • Sie gewährleisten die fachgerechte Umsetzung und Kontinuität der pflegerischen Behandlungsprozesse.
  • Sie übernehmen im Nachtdienst die Krisenintervention sowie spezifische Überwachungsaufgaben.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Bedarf die andere Station in ihren Aufgaben und pflegen eine enge, kooperative Zusammenarbeit.
  • Sie setzen ärztlich verordnete Behandlungsmassnahmen fachgerecht und verantwortungsbewusst um.
  • Sie übernehmen organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben und tragen damit zu einem reibungslosen Stationsablauf bei.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH
  • Erfahrung im psychiatrischen Bereich und/oder in der Suchtarbeit
  • Hohes Mass an Verständnis, Empathie und Sensibilität im Umgang mit Menschen in sozialen Grenzsituationen
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der kooperativen Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Diensten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen

Die Städtischen Gesundheitsdienste (SGD) sind eine Dienstabteilung des Gesundheits\- und Umweltdepartements mit rund 250 Mitarbeitenden, welche eine Vielfalt von Gesundheitsdienstleistungen für die Stadtzürcher Bevölkerung anbieten.

Als Abteilung des Geschäftsbereiches Stadtärztlicher Dienst der SGD ist die Suchtfachklinik eine spezialisierte Einrichtung der Gesundheitsversorgung für abhängigkeitserkrankte Menschen. Sie wird auf der Spitalliste des Kantons Zürich als Spezialversorgungsklinik der Psychiatrie geführt. Zum diversifizierten Angebot der Suchtfachklinik Zürich gehören stationäre Behandlungen in den Bereichen Entzug und Entwöhnung, sowie eine stationsintegrierte Tagesklinik und ein Integrationsangebot. Im Vordergrund stehen medizinische, psychotherapeutische, pflegerische, sozialarbeiterische und arbeitsagogische Interventionen.
