Du sorgst dafür, dass Gebäude, Anlagen und Aussenbereiche zuverlässig funktionieren und gepflegt sind, führst vielseitige Unterhalts- und Reparaturarbeiten aus, kümmerst dich um die Infrastruktur und unter-stützt mit deinem Einsatz einen reibungslosen Betrieb. Wir suchen ab Januar 2027 Verstärkung am Standort Werdhölzli in Zürich Altstetten.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du sorgst für Sauberkeit und Ordnung auf dem Areal, den dazugehörenden Strassen und Grünanlagen sowie in den Gebäuden.
  • Du kontrollierst und wartest Gebäudeeinrichtungen, Büromobiliar, Brandschutztüren, Tore, Feuerlöscher und Sanitärarmaturen.
  • Du führst vielseitige Unterhalts- und Reparaturarbeiten an Gebäuden, Innen- und Aussenanlagen, Einrichtungen, Maschinen, Arbeitsgeräten und Fahrzeugen aus.
  • Du betreust Vortrags- und Sitzungsräume, erledigst administrative Aufgaben und organisierst die Kleiderausgabe.
  • Du arbeitest im Dreischichtbetrieb jeweils im Frühdienst ab 06.00 Uhr, im Springer ab 07:00 Uhr oder im Spätdienst ab 08:00 Uhr (Wechsel alle zwei Wochen) und übernimmst von November bis März alle drei Wochen ein Winterdienst-Pikett von Montag bis Sonntag (wird extra vergütet).

Profil ##

  • Ausbildung Fachmann\frau Betriebsunterhalt (Niveau EFZ) sowie Weiterbildung zur / zum Hauswart\in (Fachausweis)
  • 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Verlässlichkeit, ein freundliches Auftreten sowie einwandfreier Umgang mit Kundschaft
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C2) sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zum Leisten von Frühdienst sowie Winterdienst-Pikett, Führerausweis Kat. B
