Für unsere Horte an der Schule Gabler suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung Verstärkung.

Aufgaben ##

Wir suchen eine engagierte und flexible Persönlichkeit zur Unterstützung unseres Teams. Sie arbeiten von Montag bis Freitag in einem oder mehreren unserer fünf Horte, in denen Kinder unterschiedlicher Altersgruppen betreut werden. Dabei legen wir grossen Wert auf Teamarbeit und eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitenden. Die genauen Arbeitszeiten können im persönlichen Gespräch mit der Leitung Betreuung besprochen werden.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Mitgestaltung der schulischen Betreuung sowie Sicherstellen des Tagesbetriebes
  • Begleitung und Förderung der Schüler\*innen in sozialen und schulischen Belangen, z.B. bei den Hausaufgaben
  • Kontakte mit Eltern
  • Administrative und hauswirtschaftliche Arbeiten
  • Mitarbeit im Ferienhort und an schulfreien Tagen

Profil ##

  • Als Fachperson Betreuung verfügen Sie über einen Abschluss als Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung (EFZ) / Kleinkindererzieher\*in oder eine äquivalente Ausbildung
  • Bei ausländischem Diplom wird eine schweizerische Diplomanerkennung zwingend vorausgesetzt.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindern im Hort von Vorteil
  • Freude an aktive und enge Betreuung der Kinder
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit dem Betreuungsteam, Lehrpersonen und Hausdienstteam
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Der Schulkreis Uto ist einer von 7 Schulkreisen in der Stadt Zürich und umfasst die Stadtkreise 2 und 3 mit den Quartieren Leimbach, Wollishofen, Enge, Friesenberg und Alt-Wiedikon.

Die Schule Gabler liegt in dem bevorzugten Quartier Enge in der Stadt Zürich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zürichsee, dem Bahnhof Enge und dem Rieterpark. Unser Schulhaus wird seit dem Schuljahr 25/26 als Tagesschule geführt. 13 Klassen der Primarstufe und 6 Kindergärten sind im 150-jährigen Schulhaus untergebracht.
