Aufgaben ##

Als Fachperson Betreuung in der Springerfunktion sind Sie von Montag bis Freitag jeweils von 11.00 bis 18.00 Uhr an verschiedenen Betreuungsstandorten der Schule Scherr im Einsatz. Sie unterstützen die Betreuungsteams flexibel und bedarfsorientiert, insbesondere bei kurzfristigen personellen Ausfällen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Mitgestaltung der schulergänzenden Betreuung und Freizeit der Kinder
  • Führen von grossen Kindergruppen und Begleitung einzelner SchülerInnen
  • Hauswirtschaftliche und administrative Arbeiten
  • Flexible Unterstützung der Betreuungsteams an verschiedenen Standorten
  • Situative Entlastung bei Ausflügen, Q-Tagen, Sitzungen und besonderen Betreuungssituationen
  • Mitarbeit in der Ferienbetreuung und an schulfreien Tagen

Profil ##

  • Lehrabschluss als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung oder Kleinkindererzieher/in EFZ zwingend
  • Bei Bewerbungen mit einem ausländischen Diplom muss zwingend eine schweizerische Diplomanerkennung beigelegt werden.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindern (Hort, Kinderkrippe, Heim)
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Freude am Umgang mit Personen verschiedener Kulturen, sowie Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit im Schulteam
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Die Tagesschule Scherr befindet sich im Quartier Oberstrass und umfasst ein Morgentisch, Mittags-/Abendbetreuungsangebote bzw. das Open Restaurant. An der Schule Scherr werden an Spitzentagen bis zu 250 Kinder betreut. Unser Ziel ist es, die Kinder zu einer Gemeinschaft zusammenzuführen, die auf gegenseitigem Respekt, auf Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortlichkeit beruht. Unsere pädagogische Grundhaltung orientiert sich am Konzept der «Neuen Autorität» nach Haim Omer.
