Wir suchen per 1. Dezember 2026 eine empathische und erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für unser Küchen-Team im Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Herzogenmühle.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für einen qualitativ hochwertigen, sicheren und ökonomisch geführten Küchenbetrieb, der an sieben Tagen pro Woche reibungslos funktioniert.
  • Sie sind für die Menügestaltung, Planung, Kalkulation und Umsetzung eines abwechslungsreichen, saisonalen Angebots zuständig.
  • Sie entwickeln ein abwechslungsreiches kulinarisches Angebot - von klassisch-traditioneller Küche bis hin zu vollwertigen vegetarischen Gerichten und modernen Apéros - und begeistern damit sowohl unsere Bewohnenden als auch die Mitarbeitenden und externen Gäste unseres öffentlichen Restaurants.
  • Sie erstellen Einsatzpläne für das 7-köpfige Küchenteam (inkl. Lernende), führen regelmässige Erfolgskontrollen, Mitarbeitergespräche- und Beurteilungen durch und fördern und fordern Ihre Mitarbeitenden zu Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit.
  • Sie führen regelmässig Teamsitzungen durch, bieten Schulungen für das Küchenteam an und bilden Lernende aus.

Profil ##

  • Teamplayer\*in mit umfassender Führungserfahrung und hoher Reflexionsfähigkeit
  • Begeisterung für interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, Flexibilität sowie eine hohe Sensibilität für Personen und Situationen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Köch\in EFZ sowie eine Zusatzausbildung als Chefköch\in mit eidg. Berufsprüfung oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung
  • Kreativität und Leidenschaft für frische, saisonale, vollwertige und regionale Küche
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten
