Im Bereich Verwaltungs- und Sozialbauten suchen wir für die Abteilung Projekte eine\n erfahrene\n Projektleiter\*in

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie übernehmen die Rolle Projektleitung Eigentümervertretung in Instandhaltungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Neubauprojekten.
  • Sie beraten und vertreten die Mieter- und Nutzerschaft aktiv gegenüber den auftragsnehmenden Partnern während der gesamten Projekt- und Ausführungsphase und koordinieren die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen der Nutzenden.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die termingerechte Beschaffung der Entscheidungsgrundlagen der Kreditanträge.
  • Sie überwachen und steuern die Qualität, Kosten und Termine mittels Projektmanagement- und Controlling.

Profil ##

  • Berufsfachperson mit Projekterfahrung im Bauwesen, (z.B. Architekt\in, Ingenieur\in, Immobilientreuhänder\*in), mit Vertiefung in Betriebswirtschaft und/oder Projektmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung als Projektleiter\*in Eigentümervertretung, vorzugsweise: in interdisziplinären Projekten mit professionellen Institutionen als Mieter oder Nutzer im Bereich von Büronutzung mit modernen Arbeitsformen wie Desk-Sharing etc.
  • Umsetzungs-/durchsetzungsstark, Sinn für pragmatische Lösungen
  • Gewinnende, überzeugende und sozialkompetente Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick, die auch in schwierigen Situationen ruhig bleibt
  • Hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung, Initiative und Selbständigkeit
